Hi Rob
Been away for the weekend.
Had another close look at your diagram.
Let me see if I got this right. Wiring through a 4 pin connector (the
1st link) pins 1,3,4 are connected which are the pins for ground and
power, which the ground wire of the cable is soldered to, leaving pin 2
which is the sound wire which the coloured wire on the cable is soldered to=
.
If thats the case I maybe seeing the light. The music man I referred to
earlier had the following. Pins 2,3,4 were connected which is the power
(black) and sound (red) and the sound wire of cable was soldered to
this. This leaves pin 1 the ground wire which was soldered to the ground
wire of the cable.
Will try later tonight. Will let you now how things go.
