It's there, but you need to know the full model designation. There are
two that have the 183 designation, MX183 and WL183. They are each part
of a series that also contains cardioid (MX185, WL185) and supercardioid
(MX184, WL184).

 From the pdf's off the Shure site:

Self Noise: MX183=3D20.5dBA  MX184=3D26.5dBA  MX185=3D28.0dBA
             WL183=3D22.5dBA  WL184=3D27.0dBA  WL185=3D28.0dBA

Sensitivity: MX183: =9627.5 dB (42.2 mV)
              MX184: =9633.5 dB (21.1 mV)
              MX185: =9635.0 dB (17.0 mV)
              WL183: =9640.0 dBV/Pa
              WL184: =9644.5 dBV/Pa
              WL185: =9645.5 dBV/Pa
