I was pleased to see a Rufous Whistler in Eddison Park (Woden Cemetery section) on Thursday. Rufous not seen as often in winter as Golden Whistler.

On a drive out west the weekend before last, I saw a finch gathering nesting material. Plus there's the Swans nesting at the wetlands and Tidbinbilla. It seems that they're trying to make up for the drought.
