Section 256 of the Nature Conservation Act allows the Conservator to make declarations of prohibited activities. See:
Here's one prohibiting, among other things, the flying of drones at Cotter Reserve:
Section 256 of the Nature Conservation Act makes it an offence to carry out a prohibited activity. Section 261 allows a prohibited activity to be carried out if a licence or permit under an appropriate law is in force.
