Koels & frogmouths (again)

Koels in our trees briefly this morning. Frogmouth family again in E. nichollii over Boobialla st footpath (can only see three of them, but have not had time to look carefully for the other).
Of the 20+ times I have seen them in our garden over the past six months they have either been in the nichollii or a casuarinas (and briefly one morning in December, a parent & offspring in a neighbour's liquid amber) - in quite exposed positions, but those are the two trees with bark that is most similar to their plumage. I do not know where they are when not at our place - do they have several 'home' roosts?
