Well, it's quiet at present on the line, and as a well-known stickler for
defining terms Philip, you're an appropriate one to aim this at initially!
For what it's worth, I'd intuitively call this species rare in Canberra,
though I agree that a few probably turn up in Canberra most winters. So,
what criteria are you using for rareness?
I'm really not trying to be obnoxious, and have no interest in any sort of
blue - I'm very boring like that - but I do think it'd be interesting to
hear how people define rareness. (We don't need to visit 'vagrancy' again
though!)
