Sun 30 Sep Eastern Grass Owl Kedron Wetlands
Excellent views this evening. Also lots of Sharp-tailed Sands, 1 Curlew Sand, 1 Latham's Snipe, 6 Red-kneed and 8 Black-fronted Dotterels etc.

60+ today and around 70 Sharp-tailed Sandpipers.

Sat 29 Sep Noisy Pitta Couran Cove, South Stradbroke Island
Two birds still present with on showing very well for close to 45 minutes.

Lewin's Rail, Baillon's Crakes Minnippi
A good morning at Minnippi, had a calling Lewin's Rail on east side of lake, 2 Baillon's near the viewing platform. Osprey, Collared Sparrowhawk and Brown Goshawk overhead. Latham's Snipe and 2 Striped Honeyeaters on the Island.Also a Leaden Flycatcher, a scarce bird here.

Male Red-winged Parrot flying low over racetrack. Babblers seen at entrance to racetrack. Apostlebirds seen alongside racetrack

Sat 22 Sep White-browed Babbler Durikai State Forest
Along with Crested Shrike-Tit, Little Eagle and 14 honeyeater species, including four of the Melithreptus genus.
