Thanks for the link.  This issues (dramas?) with Dramamine 
(Dimenhydrinate) are probably why there is a "Travacalm HO"
version that only contains Hyoscine (the same as Kwells.)

I've tried Travacalm (original - Hyoscine, Dimenhydrinate and
Caffeine) in the past, and had some side effects; this was
around the time of the Key Pharmaceuticals "scandal" when 
Travacalm was recalled, so an inadvertant higher dose may
have been responsible.

These days I use Kwells which seem to be fine.
