Hi Wendy, My tip, Eat breakfast 2 hours before going out. Nothing big just something to put in your gut. I have a bowl of cereal. Take 2 Dramamine 1 hour before going out. Take Ginger nut Biscuits with you to snack on through the day. As well as other food. Take plenty of water as the Dramamine makes you thirsty and drowsy! Enjoy, PS, how did you manage to get on the Port Fairy trip when it’s been book out for like a bazillion years???? Steve Potter Blackwood, South Australia No virus found in this outgoing message.
