Hope to see you on the trip Wendy! Personally I use Travacalm but I think
that what works for some does not for others. If you can try whatever you
use for side effects in the week (not if you are driving or working I guess,
so might be a bit late now). Some of them make some people really sleepy -
Travacalm knocks my wife (who is a very bad traveller) out totally but is
the only one that she finds is effective.
