Hi Wendy

Welcome to Birding-Aus!

This topic has come up a few times on Birding-Aus, so you might find the
info you want in the Archives:

http://www.birding-aus.org (click ARCHIVES button at the top of the page)

I just had a quick search there and there were 76 messages that referred
to seasickness - hopefully some of these might discuss how to prevent it!

I always found Dramamine worked very well for me, but it made me very
sleepy for the first hour or so in the morning. I hope you have a great
trip and see plenty of good seabirds - I'd love to be coming along - it's
been far too long since I did a pelagic.

Cheers

Russell
