Hi All

Stugeron is used in South Africa for Meniere's Disease, which is an inner ear imbalance problem. I found it does work for sea sickness, as the rocking of a boat has a similar effect on the ear. I was told that the equivalent here in Australia is, Serc. I found Serc causes nausea, whereas Stugeron does not. I was told that the reason why Stugeron, which is an over the counter drug, is not available in Australia, is because it is more expensive than Serc, so the government opted for the cheaper drug. I have never heard of the Parkinson's link.
I find Blackmore's Ginger tablets work very well.
