I have been very interested on the comments on the
Olympus C700 series cameras especially the C740 and C750 which have
appeared on birding-aus. I recently read on the Olympus web site that two new
C700 series were being released - a C745 and a C755 both I believe are very
similar to the C740 and the C750 respectively. An interesting point is that
10,000 black, I think, C755 cameras are being made to celebrate over 1 million
C700 series having been produced - not a bad effort and I think this shows their
popularity. I have a C740 which I am extremely happy with and found out the
above information when I was doing research on it. Of course, the black cameras
will be different from all the other C700 series which are silver in
colour.
