The Satin Bowerbird i saw a week ago had decorated his bower with blue pegs, blue milk caps, blue feathers, blue straws, blue plastic strips and one or two yellow flowers. I aslo noted a fleshy yellow fruit like item laying between the strips, feathers etc. The female was close by often flying in to inspect the bower created by the male. I will be posting photos to the ozbirdpix yahoo group when i get my scanner back. Hope this is of some help. Yours Sincerely
