Sea sickness? Try a heaped plate of sardines smothered with sweetened cream. Eat this about 1 hour before sailing. You can substitute sardines for rarely cooked pork if you prefer. Next time you feel a little sea sick, think about this remedy and it will help. And if it doesn't, it sure attracts the birds.
