The subject of seasickness and how to cope with it has been much discussed on birding-aus in the past, with more tips and hints than you can poke a stick at! Some are quite outlandish but most are sensible. Check the archives and you'll find out more than you ever wanted to know.
 
Almost everyone (including hardened sailors) gets seasick from time to time. There's no magic cure-all but most of us find our own way of keeping it at bay. There's usually a bit of trial and error involved.
