My view is that it's excellent that some bird calls are sometimes so similar, it makes it that more intriguing such that one has to get to see the actual bird to decide for sure what the call belongs to. I must admit I identify lots of birds by call without bothering to see them, but surely we need a little bit of challenge otherwise we might as well stay home. Tony. |
