Hello all,

I was looking at some thornbills through binoculars today at Ingleburn NSW and found it very hard to identify the species as they will not stay still long enough.

I think they were brown thornbills and some yellow thornbills. One species had a call I can only describe like grrrrrrwheeit the ending sounded whip like.

Any ideas as to which thornbill has a call similar to this.
