You can find the instructions on our FTP site:  
ftp://ftp.embeddedarm.com/ts-arm-sbc/ts-7800-linux/binaries/ts-images/README

The /dev nodes are automatically updated on boot when the linuxrc script runs 
"mdev -s" you do not need to manually mknod them.
