Yes, but that's all based around Debian Linux. The implication is that he's not using the free tools - he has a copy of the paid-for tools, because the free ones only seem to be available for Windows (unless I'm mistaken about that).

So that doesn't tell me if I have to fork out $1500 for tools or not :)
