I would add that TS-7300 as a Cyclone 2 from Altera. Altera devices are supported by Quartus software, wich in my opinion, is way better than Lattice and Xilinx's software.

I'd have to agree with Wayne: even if you don't need the additional power of the marvel chip (yet), you should consider it:
* ARMv5t compared to ARMv4t
* Well supported by debian EABI
* Better support in general linux community for 2.6 vs 2.4, esp wrt kernel modules
Of course you could use a 2.6 kernel & EABI rootfs with the TS-7300, but that may not be how you want to spend thanksgiving :)
