Have you tried specifying the route for multicast routing?

something like:
route add -net 224.0.0.0 netmask 224.0.0.0 dev eth0

I had to do the above when there was more than one route (I had eth0 and ppp, didn't want my multicast going to ppp).

I posted the receive software over to Windows Cygwin DOS and it receives the multicast frames successfully so it must be something in the TS-7250 IP stack. The only thing I can think of is MultiCast Routing must be enabled in the kernel.
