I looked at that, and it seemed to me that it would make sense to do that if I 
was sending multicast frames but not when I'm receiving. I believe I will try 
your suggestion. I'm multicasting to 239.255.0.4 at 226.1.1.1 so I'll see if 
adding a route helps for inbound frames. I don't think it is, unless I read the 
instructions wrong.
