Hello I have the same problem.I have bought the TS-7250 and I am working on it at least for three weeks.Firstly it has a password problem and I have write to TS about problem.Answer was below

 ctrl+c for interrupting the boot 

fis load vmlinux

exec -c "console=ttyAM0,115200  root=/dev/mtdblock1  init=/bin/sh "

after that writing as a boot user I have changed the password with passwd command.

But now I have the yaff tragedy fault like J.chitte.I don't know how I can solve this problem?

Tomorrow I will also send the group the screen image copy for more details.May be someone could solve this problem.I am in Turkey and sending cost are very high.It is more than the cost of this board:)

So I am waiting support and helps.

Could you provide the output of cat /proc/yaffs as well as the full boot
messages including the bootrom and dmesg(if your default boot has the kernel
messages disabled). I've submitted a bug report with a link to your original
report on this list. An engineer will follow up with you once management has
assigned one to look into your bug report.
