Well if you don't ask them it's pretty sure they aren't going to answer. If you
do ask them they will probably ask why the hell you expect a 72xx manual to
give the same information as a 7370 document and why you want to apply 72xx doc
to a different product.
Amongst other things the 7370 has an on-board FGPA and only 3 DIO lines. Is it
surprising that the IO addresses differ?
If you want to know which document to believe , I'd have a wild guess and try
the one that relates to your product.
What was the fault that they acknowleged? If your requests made as much sense
as the above I'm not surprised they stopped replying after a while.
No reason not to critise if it's justified but a least try to be coherent.
