I found only  a single supplier of "Prototyping card for PC/104"
Micro/sys, MPC910.

The PDF datasheet does not list bus pin assignments.   :(  Mindshare did a
book
on ISA, and it might have PC/104 details.  There might have been a PC/104
book,
too, but not sure.  (can't find details with Amazon, but might find it at
a library.)
