Don't take offense ... this is different than what you posted earlier.
 XT-75 is (still) not a PC-104 board, but you do have a PC-104 board
with an XT-75 attached.

The supplier of your adapter board should be able to supply the
necessary information you need to interface with the XT-75.  Without
that, anyone here would just be guessing.

The PC-104 specification is available on the net, from something like
the PC-104 consortium, but IIRC, it covers mostly physical aspects of
the standard.

The electrical spec of the PC-104 is essentially the old IBM-PC ISA
slot specification.  That's covered by the IBM-XT technical reference
manual (if you can still find one), or better by a book written by Ed
Solari & published by Anasoft.  (Sorry I don't recall the name ...)

But even with those references, you still need the manual from your
board supplier who made the PC-104/XT-75 board.  Without that, you
won't be able to do anything; it would be like expecting to be able to
program an ISA graphics card just because you know the ISA electrical
specs & waveforms.
