Please do some basic research before posting here.  Googleing, I see
the Siemens XT75 is not a PC-104 board, it's a cell-phone board with
GPS.  How do you connect it to the PC-104 header on your board?  

You need an intimate understanding of that board and its 80-pin
connector.  When you have that, and are ready to talk to the board
using USB, i2c, SPI, or GPIO, then maybe someone here can help you on
the TS board side.  Until then, I don't think you can find much help
here, sorry.
