I found some in a webshop (don't remember off the top of my head where,
I'm afraid) but they were hideously expensive for what it was -- an
empty piece of board with lanes and holes and a PC/104-connector. Around
$75 or so a piece, iirc.

I ended up buying a suitable piece of prototype wafer board and matching
pin-headers to solder on myself instead, which ended up at more like $7.50
