I had the same problem but luckly had a TS-9441 board.
There simply is no other way since you can't enable the network boot
or anything... the Serial prom of the TS-9441 contains the bootimage.
Starting from there you can try to get your board up and running
again.
I also downloaded a binary from TS website and installed it,
result "got ECC-error" for starters. Lucky I had a backup made with
mtdcp of my first 2 partitions. Do you have a backup you can put on
an NFS-server somewhere?
