Look at the Makefile.rej!

This part of the patch also faild for me. It's because the patch was
not made for the ts11 kernel. 

You can change the extra version to something like  EXTRAVERSION =
ts11-rt.

After that compile the kernel an than RTAI. If I remember right I
didn't have any more problems.
