What RS232 signals do you require for your application? Not sure if
this is your snag, but the COM2 header only provides Tx, Rx, and
ground. If the device you're talking to requires hardware flow
control, DCD, DCR, or DSR signals you'll either need to fool the
hardware by shorting the appropriate signals, or figure out how to
configure the hardware to ignore these.
