board at all - it was the fact that I had flow control turned on in
Hyper Terminal. According to TS, you must turn off all flow control
on the RS-232 connection you are using to monitor the console port.
Once I truned this off, I could use Ctrl-C to interrupt RedBoot.

Thanks. That was it: I had hardware flow control turned on. Now I can
interrupt Redboot.

But I can't get it to load hda1:/boot/vmlinuz. I tried this command
(which wasn't in the manual but I found in this list somewhere):

RedBoot> load -r -b 0x00218000 -m disk hda1:/boot/vmlinuz

e2fs_open: e2fs_inode_lookup failed

Can't load 'hda1:/boot/vmlinuz': Can't open file

Its there, at least the "disks" command shows both hda1 and Linux.
Did I not get the load command right?

Regards,
Jeff
