Thanks for the reply. I'm using a standard(?) little brick to power the board. 
The label underneath says "Sceptre" on it. My client gave me the power pack 
and the TS-7250 board at the same time. I assumed that the power pack came was 
supplied by the company from which the board was ordered. All was well the 
first week I had the board.
