Not exactly on this topic but I am curious if anyone has any interest, experience, or pricing on the "onenand" style flash from samsung?

I am looking to speed up boot times and yet retain high capacity... there appears to be a linux driver for it, but real details and experience are lacking via samsung's not too well written site.
