Except in special cases I can't bear music recorded at less than 192kbps. 1=
28kbps is noticeably poor to me a significant amount of the time, without b=
enefit to comparison streams. I am disappointed in SoundCloud for that reas=
on, but understand the constraints.

I always encode at 320kbps when I must use MP3.
