TASCAM DR-100 MK2 & SONY MDR-7506 Phones

Hello all,
I need some advice please, I recently purchased a DR-100MK2 to do some field
recording and am now looking for headphones to match the recorder. I am
considering the MDR-7506 phones, and from what I read, these are industry
standard for live recording application. Am I on the right path here? I
notice the impedance of those phones and recorder are unmatched, but is that
really an issue?? I will also be using these in loud environments as well to
monitor audio I am recording (live music), and hope the amp in the Tascam is
sufficient to drive the Sony phones to full fidelity?!

Any advice would be most helpful - I have a budget around $100.00 for the new
phones.

I have a pair of Sennheiser HD433's that I use for general listening, but they
are not sufficient for monitoring in the field due to boosted bass response and
open air design.

Thanks in advance,
Scott
