Done and working, thanks. I will get a temperature controlled iron though, in 
case I need to do more of these. The cheapest aren't too expensive.

I'll note here that Frogloggers also contacted me to allay my fears, which is 
good service.

Initial tests of the array without the nose baffle seem ok, but I haven't had 
time to compare them to anything yet.
