[I've pondered if there's something we can call the intra-stereo input channel mixer "patch" that has an EQ plug inserted between two +Matrix plugs? Rob D.] Some professional studio consoles have an 'insert' patch for each module. = That allows one to 'insert' an outboard processor such as an EQ or compressor be= tween the mic-pre and the console output.
