My name is Andy, new here and trying to soak it all in. I have purchased an= m10 recorder, which I love, but it really has me wanting to experiment wit= h lower noise mic's. I am looking at a matched pair of rode nt1a's, as I lo= ve the sound on the files that I have heard. My question is what battery po= wered phantom power box options are there out there. Ebay has precious litt= le to offer in that area, so I was wondering what would be a good recommend= ation to use. Also, I am wondering, if anyone here has had humidity induced mic. failure = on a setup as the one described above? Will wind screens help keep this at = bay? thanks Andy |
