Unless the Tascam staff at NAB were familiar with the internal design of th=
e DR-680 - i.e they have seen the schematics - I would be inclined to favou=
r  the published  signal flow and Raimund's testing of the HPF which indica=
tes that the filtering is digital.

Obviously if your at NAB you have some kind of professional interest in the=
 Audio/Video industry.  Do you mind me asking what that interest is?
