<<Pair of AKG C 1000 cardioids>> If you want to see a colorful barrage of earthy invectives, simply go to any pro audio forum & ask for opinions about the AKG C1000. It is far & away the most reviled microphone in the business. Since this is a polite & well moderated group I will just state that the C1000 is a piece of junk & should absolutely be avoided.
