With an inline splice it's near impossible to maintain EMI shielding around the joint. I would recommend running both skinny Mogamis all the way to the 5 pin Neutrik, then heat shrinking them together for all but the last few inches of the breakout to the two 3 pin XLRs. Scott Fraser |
