Hi Aaron--
Are you taking your H2 out to use primarily with the built-in mics?

I don't think anyone is calling the "point and shoot" recorders
useless. Good advice requires understanding a newcomers goal's and
interests. Mic choice and array is typically where I start but this
is clearly not as applicable to these new recorders.  Maybe there's
an even better phrase than "point and shoot?" Clearer distinctions
would be very useful. Rob D.
