Hi Scott, > It now reads "Cannot record or play". A search of the archives > suggests that there is no method or trick for recovery of Hi-MD disks. = I haven't had that specific problem but I have had a situation where the Hi-MD disk would not read and there's no way to recover it because everything on the disk is encrypted.
