Suzanne, the fog was caused by an  inversion. The wreck was caused by
stupid rivers not looking out and slowing down.

Natural selection at work... if that picture doesn't make some
drivers smarten up what will?

Drive safe, everyone, and slow down if you can't see ahead! Like duh.
