Hi Jerry--
It could be a couple of things but rather than mess with IE settings 
to accommodate an iWeb site, I'd try FireFox. It's free: 
http://www.mozilla.com/products/download.html?product=firefox-2.0.0.4&os=win&lang=en-US
 
FF will import your favorites etc, from IE if you want.  Most loyal 
IE users prefer FF once they try it. Rob D.
