I wish I could report the same high level of service. My Sound
Devices USBPre has never worked with Digital Performer. An email to
Sound Devices was met with a "We don't know. Good luck," sort of
response. Follow up emails to them have gone unanswered. Unfortunate,
since I suspect, if the device worked, it would be quite good.
