Hi Moe, Thanks for sharing, I found that interesting. I like Les Blomberg's ten approaches especially limiting "thrillcraft" and boat noise. I might add lowering the allowed speed of all vehicles could also quiet things down. The snow mobile and motorboat crowd might go away if they get a hefty fine whenever they are over 5 mph.
