No disadvantage! On the contrary! If the 2LE has phantom power noise,
it won't be a problem for you! You don't even have to worry about it!
The battery powered PRO5W has exactly the same output as the PRO6,
only unbalanced.
But balanced cables are not needed when the mic is connected to a
battery powered recorder used outside. In the bush, there is no
induced hum to outbalance. (normally)
